Alberta Edna Arsenault
Devoted Wife, Mother and Grandmother, passed peacefully December 19, 2013, Halifax.
Born Belledune March 8 1926, New Brunswick. Daughter of the late Michel and Beatrice (Godin) LeVasseur.
She is survived by her husband Howard, children Peter (Marilyn), Marc (Michele), Diane (Michel Berard), Carole, sister Noella Gauvin (Montreal); grandchildren Shari and Lauren; step-grandchildren Natalie and Stephen Robia ; step-great grandson Dominic and many nieces and nephews
She was pre-deceased by her siblings Henri, Elphege, Leolin, Leona, Yvette, Lorraine, and half-siblings.
She enjoyed her family and was devoted to her home, husband, and children. Alberta volunteered for many years with the Heart Foundation, she was kind to animals, and loved her dogs.
We will celebrate her life at St. Clements Roman Catholic Church, Gaston Road, Dartmouth, N.S. on December 27th 10:00 am.
She will rest peacefully at Saint John's Columbarium.
Sadly missed and always loved.
