Douglas Stewart Elliott, 64 – Moncton, New Brunswick
It is with heavy hearts we announce the death of Dr. Douglas S Elliott DDS, on January 27th 2016 in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax Infirmary Site after a short, hard battle with cancer.
Born in Sussex, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Harold and Lola (Price) Elliott.
He worked as a dental surgeon in Moncton, New Brunswick. He had many happy memories with his partner and family in Florida. He loved the sun and the beach. He loved to sing and was often the life of the party when there was karaoke. He learned to bowl and spent a lot of time in the gym. He will be especially missed by his fur-babies Souci and Rue.
Survived by spouse, Bobby Kyle, Tampa, Florida; step-mother Velma (Harrison) Elliott, Lower Sackville; and sisters, Heather Elliott, Dartmouth; Kelly (Stephen) Wilson, Lower Sackville.
Will also be greatly missed by his extended family, Robert Sr and Margaret Kyle, Georgia; Kenneth and Cindy Kyle, Florida; Jeffery and Suzy Kyle, Oregon; and Gary Kyle, Florida. As well as many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no service by request. Donations may be made to Dalhousie Dentistry, Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of your choice.
