<div itemprop="description">Morash, Allison Percey , 91 of Cole Harbour passed away April 27, 2016 in the Camphill Veterans Memorial Building, Halifax. Born in Cole Harbour he was a son of the Late Sidney and Pearl ( Cribby) Morash. <br />Allison was a veteran of WWII and served in Canada, United Kingdom and Continental Europe until October 1946 and then returned home. He was a life member of Royal Canadian Legion Somme Branch 31. He worked for 25 years with Johnson Controls as a Control Mechanic and a life member of the Plumbers &amp; Pipefitters Local 56 . Allison was a past member of Kiwanis Club, Woodlawn, and a member of Church of the Holy Spirit. He also was a very avid bowler. <br />He is survived by his loving wife Muriel ( Josey); brother, Edward, Granddaughter Kerri (Ken); grandson Jason ( Tanya); 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his son, Howard Sidney , one sister and two brothers. <br />Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be Friday April 29th from 6-8 PM with a Royal Canadian Legion service both being held in Cole Harbour Funeral Home 1234 Cole Harbour Road. Memorial Service will be 11AM Saturday in the Church of the Holy Spirit; 1 Regency Drive, Rev. Edwin Ebsary officiating. Private family burial in St. Andrews Cemetery.
