<div itemprop="description">Pineo, Vincent George, of Eastern Passage <br />Age 82, passed away peacefully in Ocean View Continuing Care Centre on Wednesday, April 13, 2016. Born in Auburn, Kings Co on June 2, 1933, he was the son of the late Carlos and Kay(Westhaver) Pineo. He is survived by his wife of over 61 years Edith (Morash); daughters Linda (Lloyd Negus) and Kathy; sons Donald, Kendell and Scott; grandsons Kristopher and Aaron Negus. He is also survived by his brothers Kenneth (Winnie) Prince George, BC; Wendell (Margaret) Kingston, NS; Eric, Port Dover, ON; Carl, Auburn, NS; Ronald (Brenda) Ajax, ON; Michael (Carolyn) Auburn, NS; and sisters Edith (Fred) Poehlke, Parksville, BC and Elsie (Robert) McLeod, Scarborough, ON; sisters-in-law Gail, Dartmouth and Lena (Gerald) Waterall, Scarborough, ON; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers Sheldon and Garth, sisters-in-law Nancy and Elaine and nephew Stephen. He was a founding member of the Westphal Cole Harbour Fire Department and volunteered for many years. He enjoyed hockey, spending many hours working with the Cole Harbour Scotia Colts and Dartmouth Moosehead Mounties and in his later years enjoyed watching the Halifax Mooseheads. He was a huge Toronto Blue Jays fan and also an avid bowler. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 from 4 pm to 8 pm with funeral service on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at 2 pm, both to be held at The Church of St Andrew, 2 Circassion Dr, Cole Harbour with Rev. Katherine officiating. Interment in St. Andrew&rsquo;s Cemetery, Cole Harbour Road. Reception to follow in the church. Family flowers only.
