Born in Halifax, he was the son of Wallace A Clements and the late Suzy Buckland. Wally was employed with Halifax Regional Municipality as a stationary engineer, he will be dearly missed by his father and the large extended family. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Cole Harbour Funeral Home, 1234 Cole Harbour Road. A memorial service will be held 2 PM Wednesday from the funeral home chapel.
