<div itemprop="description">MARSHALL, Walter Raymond &ndash; passed away peacefully, after 85 years at the Abby Lane Hospital &ldquo;Geriatrics Care&rdquo; on Saturday, November 7th. Born in Windsor Nova Scotia in 1929, he is survived by siblings Sharon Gallant of Cambridge Ontario, Michelle Picard (husband Mitch), of Ottawa Ontario and his son Raymond Marshall (wife Joanne) of Kemptville Ontario and grandchildren, Shawn, Wayne, Michelle, Erica, Andre and great grandchildren Addison &amp; Ryan Couckuyt<br /><br /> Ray was predeceased by his Wife Jessie (LeBlanc) and parents Matilda (Bourgeois) and Joseph Marshall: his brothers George, Sam, Charlie, Murray, John, Joseph, Owen, James &amp; Donnie; and his sisters Hilda Walsh, Nora Riley, Ivy Moore and Louise Gallant. He is survived by siblings Frank (Winne) of Summerville and Collen (Ralph) Langille of Windsor. <br /><br />Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to Cole Harbour Funeral Home &amp; Crematorium. In keeping with Ray&rsquo;s wishes plans are being made to have a &ldquo;Celebration of Life&rdquo; gathering of Family &amp; Friends in the spring. As more information becomes available it will be posted on the funeral homes website and also through Social Media. <br /><br />The family would like to thank the Doctors, nurses &amp; staff of Abbey Lane who work in the Geriatrics Department for their wonderful compassionate care and overall support provided during his short stay.
